Episode 90- Jump into more music production ideas with the guys this week. Art is considering shaving and Eric loves the idea. Art dives into another rant about the headphones and the iPhone and a new product from Beats music. Art is having an existential crisis about the headphone jack and Eric is just looking for a way to make a quick buck, even if that requires ripping of his own mom. Eric dives back into the last decade to continue his deep dive of the top songs for a very big stroll down memory lane.
In the production segment Art gives us some tips and tricks on how to manage the sound your Snare drum is producing.
Episode 89 - The guys are back with more revalatory musical information for the week. Eric starts the show by introducing everyone to MIDI guitar by Jam Origin and it's blowing his mind. After discussing the idea of using a Tuba to create midi notes in order to synthesize a Tuba digitally the guys move on to the benefits of playing for Oktoberfest. As the guys break into the news segment Art gets excited for more Prince music and Eric gives us the breakdown on how to get into musicology so you too can analyze music copyright issues. This week the guys get to compare Ed Sheeran's music with Marvin Gaye's music and see if there is potentially a a copyright issue.
In the songwriting segment Eric drops his new song he's working on called "All Done" and asks for feedback from the fans. Tell us what you think.
Episode 88 - This week Eric discuss his adventures in a soaking wet gig at an outdoor mall over the weekend.Art discusses his obsession with new plugins from PluginBoutique and highly recommends some of their sales. In the news Art wants to discuss Sony's acquisition of Michael Jackson's music publishing segment because deep down Art always wanted to be like Michael (glove and all). Eric brings up the top 5 best songs of last decade in an attempt to stroll down memory lane and make him feel younger than he is.
In the Production segment we get a good look at Art's junk to see how good it is. Does Art have good Junk, or is it just Junk Junk? That is the question on everyone's mind.
