Episode 67 - Our feed died so all of you may need to re-subscribe to our podcast again, so we all hope you do so.  We have our motto: no listener left behind.

This week Eric and Art discuss the lawsuit with Warner music and their copyright of the song "Happy Birthday."  Just when you thought it was safe to sing that song royalty free at your birthday, you may be slapped with a licensing fee by Warner music.  Once again we learn to be very careful with what we sing in public because who knows what copyright infringement you might engage in.  In other news we learn that all our modern problems can be blamed on Mickey the Mouse.

In the Kanye Alert this week we talk about Kanye dissing, then un-dissing Michael Jordan.  At this point there is nothing Michael Jordan could do to offend us, so obviously we are shaming Kanye...maybe because he's a gay fish?

In Art's songwriting segment he discusses how to create a MIDI drum loop for a song, and somehow happens to bring the Tuba back into the mainstream.  Check out what Art has come up with and see how the guys break down Arts new song.
